Jennifer Audeh is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including representing buyers and targets in mergers and acquisitions, representing issuers in public company debt financings, securities and venture capital work, advising companies on federal and state securities laws and corporate governance. Jennifer also assists public companies comply with SEC and Securities Exchange regulatory requirements. Her corporate work also extends to advising nonprofit tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to and during law school Jennifer worked as a product manager at a financial services firm in Boston where she managed the regulatory filing process and preparation of board materials for mutual fund companies.

· Represented Alere Inc. in syndicated $2.1 billion credit facilities
· Represented public company issuer in debt consent solicitations to amend terms of indentures
· Represented Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. in a public offering of $150 million of senior notes to finance acquisition of a public company in the United Kingdom
· Represented Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. in a Rule 144A offering of $100 million of senior notes and related exchange offer for registered notes
· Represented Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. in a public offering of $400 million of senior subordinated notes
· Represents corporate issuers and investors in private placement transactions
