Jennifer counsels lenders, developers and investors on a variety of real estate and real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, loan modifications and workouts, note sales and purchases and REO sales and purchases involving resorts, residential developments, master planned communities, and commercial and industrial buildings. Through her experience representing clients on complex development and redevelopment projects and on troubled loan transactions through the tumultuous real estate market during the past several years, Jennifer has gained an invaluable understanding of structuring, negotiating and documenting acquisition, disposition and finance transactions and the application of the rights and remedies of parties in distressed transactions.
Jennifer frequently presents seminars to clients on a variety of real estate and real estate finance issues, including note and REO sales, title issues, deed in lieu transactions and rights and remedies of financial institutions against borrowers and guarantors. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors of Human Options, a local non-profit which provides shelter, counseling and legal support to victims of domestic violence, as well as community education programs in schools throughout Orange County.

Represented major national bank on the sale of several notes sold through auction.
Represented regional and national banks in the successful workout of multiple construction and term loans.
Represented regional homebuilder in obtaining acquisition and construction financing from private lender on multiple projects.
Represented agent and lender on a $390,000,000 revolving line of credit to a national homebuilder for acquisition and development of an in-fill mixed use project.
Represented agent and lender on $360,000,000 revolving line of credit to joint venture of three national homebuilders for acquisition and development of master planned community.
Represented major national bank on a syndicated $55,000,000 construction loan for branded resort hotel and condominium project.
