| Biography | Author of "The Adoption Law Handbook" published by the American Bar Association. Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from College with dual degrees in English and Political Science and was a Division 1 Basketball Scholarship recipient receiving scholar athlete awards throughout career. She is the author of several articles on adoption and assisted reproduction technology and regular lecturer on adoption and ART in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She has appeared on both television and radio shows addressing issues of adopting and ART. She is a certified Collaborative Attorney and mediator. Jennifer sits on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and on the Board of Directors for the Center for Adoption Support and Education.
