· Advised the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with a swap transaction and bond issue.
· Represented issuers and borrowers in a Mass Development pool loan program.
· Served as bond counsel to a major Massachusetts utility company in financing a construction project and refinancing existing debt.
· Drafted disclosure documents for MassPort.
· Acted as underwriters' counsel in connection with the University of Vermont's commercial paper program.
