Jennifer Ihns Charles is an Associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Department and has a general corporate practice advising clients with regards to corporate governance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters. Jennifer also has experience with finance transactions, particularly those involving mezzanine, second-lien, preferred stock and other forms of multi-tranche finance.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Jennifer was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. She also has worked as Assistant Director of U.S. Markets for The Gold Standard Foundation, a Geneva-based not-for-profit that certifies carbon offset projects. In addition, from 2005-2006 Jennifer served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Saatli, Azerbaijan.
Jennifer speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
