Jennifer is an associate in the firm's Boston office, where she practices in the Litigation Section. Her practice encompasses a range of litigation matters including complex civil litigation, corporate compliance and internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense.
She also contributes to Mintz Levin's pro bono commitment with an active caseload. She regularly takes on cases through the firm's Domestic Violence Program, which provides pro bono legal assistance to low-income victims of domestic violence, and she has significant experience assisting clients with obtaining restraining orders.
Jennifer was a summer associate at Mintz Levin in 2007. During her third year of law school, she handled family law and disability cases as a student attorney for the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau. In that capacity, Jennifer argued several pre-trial motions and took a case to trial.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts, Boston and Women's Bar Associations. Jennifer received her B.A., M.A. and J.D., cum laude, from Boston College (2000, 2005, and 2008, respectively).
