Areas of Practice
Jennifer focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She has litigated cases involving contract, tort, personal injury, insurance, and labor and employment claims. She also represents health care providers and long term care providers, handling cases that involve allegations of malpractice, negligent hiring and supervision, neglect, wrongful death and personal injury. Her experience includes litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, Jennifer worked as a law clerk with the Office of the Attorney General where she wrote pleadings, motions, briefs and memorandum in a variety of claims involving the Department of Labor and Industries, as well as adult guardianship and parental rights termination matters. Her professional experience also includes serving as a legislative aide with the Spokane City Council, during which time she co-created a water conservation program, later implemented on a county wide basis and serving over 400,000 residents.
