Jennifer L. Davis is the managing member of the firm's Houston office. She is a senior litigator with a focus in commercial and business matters. Her practice consists of the representation of institutional clients including various financial institutions, premium finance companies and credit card processors. She has significant experience in contract litigation and business disputes, auto dealer disputes, consumer finance, bank fraud, letters of credit, lender liability, bankruptcy, collection and work-out.
Litigation
Jennifer has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts. Her trial experience includes multiple bench and jury trials. She has managed complex litigation efficiently and with good results having successfully defended clients in cases involving very large damage claims.
