Jennifer Stefanski concentrates her practice in intellectual property matters including:
· comprehensive domestic and international trademark counseling
· prosecution of trademark and service mark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
· preparation of license agreements of trademarks, copyrights, software and other intellectual property
· preparation and negotiation of technology transfer, assignment and confidentiality agreements
· intellectual property due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions, including providing counseling regarding technology transfers, ownership, title resolution and open source software issues
· counseling in the creation, production, distribution, registration and bonding of sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions, including rule preparation, liability releases, advertising and marketing materials, and response to regulatory inquiries
· preparation of electronic commerce contracts, website terms and conditions, disclaimers and privacy statements, including issues surrounding websites targeted to children and social networking
Before joining Blank Rome, Ms. Stefanski served as an intern for the legal affairs department at Keystone Mercy Health Plan in Philadelphia, and for the Office of the Corporation Counsel in Washington, DC.
