Jennifer's practice includes the representation of owners, developers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition, development, finance and leasing of commercial real estate. She has a range of experience in retail, office, industrial and mixed use property types.
Representative Experience
Retail Development - Counsel to one of the world's largest retailers in its development and acquisition activities in Georgia. Counsel to a national fast food chain in the acquisition of sites in Georgia for the development of free standing restaurant buildings.
Wireless Industry - Counsel to a national telecommunications company in its leasing activities of ground and tower space, including system equipment upgrades.
Office and Industrial Properties - Counsel to owners, landlords and tenants in the acquisition and disposition of property, and leasing activities.
Retail/Mixed Use Properties - Counsel to one of the largest banking organizations in the United States and various landlords in their leasing activities in the Southeast.
Banking/Finance - Counsel to various lenders and borrowers in the consummation and modification of loans for commercial property.
