| Biography | Jennifer McGoey is an associate in our Business Law Group in Toronto. She maintains a general corporate practice. Ms. McGoey received her B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto in 2005, and her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. Ms. McGoey received the Dean's Gold Key Award, the F.W. Minkler Prize, and the Legal and Literary Society Student Honour Award from Osgoode Hall and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. Ms. McGoey is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009.
