| Biography | Jennifer Walter Mosley is an associate in the energy section of Porter Hedges. Ms. Mosley is involved in a wide variety of upstream and midstream energy transactions with a focus on acquisitions and divestitures, joint exploration and development, service level contracts and leasing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mosley was a senior associate with the Aberdeen, Scotland office of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, where her practice focused on the upstream energy sector with a particular emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas assets on the UK Continental Shelf and internationally. From 2005 through 2007, Ms. Mosley was a senior associate with KPMG LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP, where her practices included tax controversy representation and advising clients on energy and natural resources taxation at the federal and international levels.
