Jennifer N. Hayes is special counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice and the Hospitality, Resort & Golf Industry Team. Her practice focuses on condominium, resort and mixed-use developments and vacation ownership projects, with an emphasis on Colorado properties.
Ms. Hayes has assisted nationally recognized clients in the development, structure, sales and marketing, and management of complex mixed-used, interval ownership projects located in Colorado as well as other regions, including the preparation and review of documents used for registration and filing of vacation ownership projects. She has worked with the American Resort Development Association on Colorado legislative matters. Ms. Hayes interned at the office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of California, Civil Division.
Ms. Hayes received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law (1997), where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado where she received her B.S., with distinction.
Ms. Hayes is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the First Judicial District Bar Association.
