Jennifer Quick is an Associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring Group in the London office of Miller Thomson LLP.
As a recent transplant to Miller Thomson, Jennifer has built an extensive practice in the area of bankruptcy & insolvency and commercial dispute resolution litigation, as well as in defence of professional liability claims. She acts on behalf of an array of individuals and businesses, providing legal counsel and representation in mediations, arbitrations and all levels of court in Ontario. Jennifer also prepares commercial documents and negotiates and conducts commercial transactions involving insolvent corporations.
Aside from Jennifer's legal expertise, she is also very involved in her community, both the London community and the legal community. She acts as a mentor to law students and articling students, is a Director of the Museum of Ontario Archaeology, and a council member of the Ontario Bar Association. In addition, Jennifer sits on the London Lawyers Feed The Hungry committee, is chair of the OBA's Young Lawyers Division for southwest Ontario and is a member of Community Living London's Rights Review Panel. She maintains an annual commitment to co-chairing the OBA's Excelling at Articles program in London.
