Jennifer is a partner in the employment law group and has been with the firm since 1995. Jennifer has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment relations, including wage and hour issues, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave, reductions in force, harassment, hiring, discipline, and terminations. Jennifer represents employers in litigation of employment-related claims and has conducted several workplace investigations. She also has extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, and compensation plans.

Jennifer is a sought out speaker on numerous human resources issues and conducts human resources and management trainings for clients of all sizes.
