Jennifer Mullen is a respected attorney with an extensive background in medically related disciplines that makes her uniquely qualified in the area of medical malpractice litigation. Jennifer's credentials include an undergraduate degree from Boston College where she majored in biology, and a Master's degree in biomedical ethics from Case Western University, where she participated in clinical ethics rotations at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospitals.

Plaintiff alleged the defendant surgeon negligently failed to diagnose a deep vein thrombosis. On the eve of trial, plaintiff withdrew his claims with no payment having been made.; Appellate Court Affirms Trial Court's Decision in Professional Liability Matter; Jennifer Mullen obtained a Summary Judgment on behalf of an Orthopedic surgeon and his practice group in a medical malpractice action arising from alleged complications following surgery for a total knee replacement procedure.; The plaintiff appealed the Judgment to the Appellate Court.; The Appellate Court recently issued it's decision affirming the decision of the trial court.|
