Jennifer is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Section in the Boston office. Her practice primarily involves the representation of a national pharmacy chain in real property ground leases and store development in over 20 states.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Jennifer was an associate within the Land Use, Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group at Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble, Mallory and Natsis LLP, a Los Angeles, California-based law firm. Primarily, she managed the entire entitlement process, including representing developers before local administrative bodies, overseeing technical consultants, and negotiating with government agencies and officials. Her other responsibilities included various projects within real estate development, land use and zoning, environmental compliance, and real property acquisitions and dispositions. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Jennifer served as a Legal Associate at the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, Massachusetts.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Jennifer has the knowledge to provide developers with guidance and oversight on certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program, for projects seeking certification under LEED for New Construction and Major Renovation.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and California. She is a member of NAIOP, the Boston Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Miami and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
