Jenny Fletcher is co-leader of Sutherland's Litigation Group and has served as leader of the Construction Industry Practice Group and as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Her practice involves construction industry issues exclusively. Over the years, she has resolved complex matters throughout the country, representing construction managers, developers, general contractors, owners, municipalities and specialty contractors.

Jenny's experience includes serving as lead counsel in numerous trials, arbitrations, appellate arguments, court appearances and mediations. She has extensive jury trial experience. Jenny has resolved successfully many multi-million dollar disputes on behalf of construction industry clients throughout the country. During the past 25 years, she has litigated in more than 20 states and tried or arbitrated cases in at least nine states. She won the largest construction jury verdict in Nevada, in 2003.
