Nicolas Moisan is an associate in our Litigation Group, working out of both our Montréal and Québec City offices. Mr. Moisan's practice is focused mainly on civil and commercial litigation. He specializes in environmental litigation as well as professional liability.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Mr. Moisan worked in the Legal Department of an insurance and financial services company in Québec City. He was co-recipient of the Coupe du Doyen 2002-2003, a moot court competition organized by Université Laval.
Mr. Moisan co-authored the following works:

Mr. Moisan received his L.L.B. from Université Laval in 2003 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2005. He sits on the Professional Affairs Committee of the Jeune Barreau de Québec, responsible for continuing education activities. He is also a member of the Local Environment Committee of the Firm and the National Committee responsible for the approval of Pro Bono work.
