Jeremy is a member of Farris' litigation group in Kelowna. Jeremy completed a co-operative education term and his articles at our Kelowna office where he gained a wide array of experiences in civil and corporate/commercial litigation. Jeremy has appeared on applications and hearings before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia and other administrative bodies.
Jeremy completed a co-operative education term at the Residential Tenancy Branch where he was employed as an Information Officer. This experience left him with a thorough understanding of residential tenancy law and dispute resolution techniques.
Jeremy completed his undergraduate education in 2009 at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan where he earned his B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2012. While at the University of Victoria, Jeremy was very involved with the law school and participated in several intramural sports, took part in the Business Law and Legal Information Clinics and was a co-founder and co-president of the Poverty Law Club.
With strong ties to the Okanagan, Jeremy looks forward to being an active member of the Okanagan community.
