Jeremy is an Associate in the Multifamily Housing Practice Group, where his practice focuses on representing lenders in the origination and sale of loans under Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and private mortgage conduit multifamily programs secured by multifamily housing complexes located across the country. He also represents lenders in the origination of multifamily loans funded through the issuance of tax exempt bonds under Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily credit enhancement programs. Jeremy's experience includes the financing of seniors housing facilities, affordable housing properties, manufactured housing properties, and ground-leased properties.
