Attorney Marden was born and raised in Lincolnville, Maine. Jeremy is a graduate of Camden Rockport High School. He received a B.A. degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine in 2001 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He attended the University of Maine School of Law and received his J.D. in 2004. Following law school, Jeremy relocated back to the mid-coast area to practice law. In April of 2008, Jeremy and Randolph Mailloux formed a law firm under the name of Mailloux & Marden, PA.
Jeremy's law practice covers an array of different legal areas, including criminal defense, real estate transactions, divorce and family law, probate matters, personal injury, business formations and general civil litigation. Jeremy is an agent duly licensed to issue title insurance through First American Title Insurance Company. Jeremy is a member of the Waldo County Bar Association where he served as secretary from 2005-2006. He is also a member of the Maine State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL).
Jeremy is a member of the board of directors for the Waldo County YMCA. Jeremy has also been a member of the Belfast Lions Club since 2004 and is on the board of directors for the lions club. Jeremy is also on the board of directors for the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce. When Jeremy is not practicing law, he spends the majority of his time outdoors and with his family and friends.
