JEREMY S. PICCINI received his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance & Marketing, and a minor in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University. Mr. Piccini received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
Mr. Piccini provides strategic counseling to clients in the areas of commercial transactions and commercial real estate law, including entity formation. Mr. Piccini has successfully negotiated and completed hundreds of multi-million dollar business transactions and has served as counsel to numerous mid-sized businesses and public corporations in various industries and professions. He has also negotiated and effectuated sales and leases of raw land, residences, commercial property, and condominium units. Mr. Piccini has served various and diverse clients including, without limitation, internet companies, telecommunications companies, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, consultants, restaurants, real estate developers and medical device companies and practices.
Mr. Piccini has tremendous experience in the fields of law relating to health care, corporate dealings, commercial transactions, and internal investigations. Mr. Piccini's corporate and transactional focus has included private transactions ranging from commercial real estate purchase, commercial leasing, equipment purchasing, stock purchase and transfer, company and entity formation and dissolution, asset purchases, sponsorship/promotion agreements, solar energy/power provider transactions, and general contract drafting and negotiations. Mr. Piccini's health care experience has included the drafting and negotiation of consulting agreements, inventor/royalty agreements, research and clinical agreements, and general health care guidance relating to pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Investigational experience includes federal and state government defense on company investigations, internal investigations, and legal audits - a function of forensic accounting combined with complex legal issues outside of the skill-set of large accounting and auditing professionals.
