Reported CasesObtained summary judgment for real estate broker, real estate agent, and real estate purchaser against whom claims for over $150,000 including a claim for punitive damages, were asserted. Vigorous defense included assertion of counterclaims for frivolous conduct and slander of title. Case involved complex questions of auction law, fiduciary duty, and contract law, in the context of a transfer of real estate. Appeal of case was resolved favorably for clients when plaintiffs settled with the broker and agent on a walk-away basis, and paid the purchaser over $20,000.

Received dismissal for computer software design company, against whom claims for over $60,000 including a claim for punitive damages, were asserted. Federal court case involved complicated issues under the Federal Electronic Communication Privacy Act.

Successfully represented appeal before Ohio's Tenth District Court of Appeals. This procedurally complex case involved statute of limitations and agency issues.
