Chair of Sutherland's Tax Practice Group, Jerry focuses on issues of tax controversy; tax planning; corporate acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings; and financial transactions involving domestic and international tax considerations. From 2001-2005, Jerry served as President of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the largest professional organization in the world devoted exclusively to the study of international tax matters.
