Jerry is a member in the firm's Boston office, and practices in the Litigation Section.
His practice focuses on business litigation, representing parties in securities, corporate control, corporate governance, contractual and antitrust disputes, and investigations. He leads a national practice in sophisticated securities, antitrust, and transactional litigation matters.
Jerry is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American, Massachusetts, New York State, and Boston Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society. Jerry received his A.B. from New York University (1950) and his LL.B. from Columbia University Law School (1953), where he was both a Stone and a Kent Scholar.
