Jerry is a senior partner in the firm's Tax, Trusts & Estates and Business Planning, Transactions and Restructuring Sections. He is also a licensed CPA. Jerry has published several articles in tax and financial periodicals and has appeared as a speaker at numerous tax institutes and programs in Delaware and elsewhere.
