Mr. Bressi's primary areas of expertise involve financial remedies, loan repurchase litigation, workouts and loan restructuring, bankruptcy, business litigation, and secured transactions involving real property.

Member of the Orange County Bar Association ("OCBA"), Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, Financial Lawyers Conference, California Bankruptcy Forum, and California Receivers Forum. Former OCBA Section Chair and former OCBA Educational Programs Chair. Served for three years as the Program Chair and Moderator for the OCBA Bankruptcy Judges' Night. Past president of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and a long-time member of its Board of Directors. Member of the Board of Directors of the California Bankruptcy Forum.
