Jessica concentrates her practice in the area of business litigation. She represents a variety of corporate clients in complex cases involving contract disputes, business torts and other matters. Jessica's practice includes matters of all sizes for a variety of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
She regularly represents healthcare clients, including hospitals, pharmacy benefit managers, and medical device manufacturers, in a broad range of litigation. Jessica is involved in all aspects of litigation, from initial filing through final disposition, and has extensive motion practice and discovery experience.
Prior to law school, Jessica obtained her Ph.D. in genetics and spent several years doing medical research.
