Jessica Tetrick focuses her practice in the areas of casualty, commercial litigation, product liability and professional liability. Her casualty defense practice includes defending clients against claims involving premises liability, general negligence and other tort allegations.
Prior to joining Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, Jessica worked at a commercial litigation firm where she handled a wide variety of business litigation including corporate liability, class actions, insurance, foreclosures and other types of disputes.
She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law where she was Senior Articles Editor for Law Review. Jessica received her B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from West Virginia University.
