Jessica D. Khan is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
In General. Jessica earned her J.D., Order of the Coif, from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. At Villanova, she received the Raynes McCarty Best Brief Award, the Dr. Arthur Clement Pulling Award for her contribution to Volume LII of the Villanova Law Review, and the Associate Editor Award for Volume LIII of the Law Review. After law school, Jessica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. She received her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Haverford College in 2000.
