Jessica Kuester is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Her practice involves a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters including tax-qualified retirement plans, cafeteria plans and health and welfare benefits plans. She routinely addresses issues involving tax, ERISA, HIPAA and COBRA. Among other things, Ms. Kuester drafts employee benefit documents and employee communications.
