Jessica K. Norman is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Jessica has significant experience representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financial transactions involving commercial real estate, including the origination, work-out and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans and the disposition and acquisition of performing and non-performing loans. She also represents clients in a variety of other commercial real estate matters including the acquisition and disposition of various types of property, leasing and joint ventures.
Jessica's prior work experience includes the representation of issuers and underwriters in the issuance of residential mortgage backed securitizations.
In General. Jessica earned her J.D. in 2006 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Reuben E. Cohen Memorial award for attaining the highest academic achievement in the area of law related to zoning and land development. She simultaneously received her M.B.A. from The Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University where she focused on finance. Jessica received her B.S., summa cum laude, in business and economics in 2003 from the University of Pittsburgh.
