Professional Experience
Ms. Rosen is an associate with the Litigation practice group in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on healthcare and employment law, with an emphasis on disability accommodation issues. She advises employers on a range of employment matters and has presented seminars to employers and professionals on topics such as wage and hour law and the prevention of unlawful harassment.
During law school, Ms. Rosen served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She also served as a board member for the Public Interest Law Foundation and mentored first year students through the Academic Support Program.
Before attending law school, Ms. Rosen was a Spanish translator and interpreter. From 2003 to 2004, she worked at The Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia as the Assistant Coordinator for a project promoting transparency and freedom of information policies in Latin America.
Representative Matters
D.R. v. Antelope Valley Union High Sch. Dist., 746 F. Supp. 2d 1132 (C.D. Cal. 2010) (in a pro bono matter, secured preliminary injunction ordering high school to provide an elevator key to student with a physical disability).
