Jie Chen is as an associate in the Debt Finance practice group of the Business Law Department. Her substantial areas of practice include advice to clients on banking, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters. Jie received her BS in Finance from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia and her JD from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor.
Before Edwards Wildman
Jie previously worked as a corporate associate at an international law firm in New York, where she advised clients in various cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, syndicated loan and securitization transactions as well as registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings.

Jie enjoys traveling, reading, hiking and skiing outside work.
