Jihan is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP. Jihan's practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation as well as other areas of intellectual property, such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Jihan has experience in procuring patent protection for clients whose interests span the chemical, electrical, and mechanical arts. Jihan also advises clients on other intellectual property matters, including patentability, freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity opinions.
