| Biography | Jill provides advice on a broad range of US and international tax matters for domestic and foreign clients, including privately-held and publicly-traded companies, high-net worth individuals, and investment funds. This includes inbound and outbound business and investment structuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and various transactional and commercial issues. She also advises private foundations and other non-profit organizations on US tax matters.
Jill has also been involved in advising clients on the IRS Voluntary Disclosureprograms.
