Joan Clark participates in every aspect of intellectual property law. She practises as a barrister before all the courts of Quebec and Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and as a solicitor.
She has been a member of the Consultation Commission of the WIPO Arbitration Center and is included in the list of WIPO arbitrators and mediators. She is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and is in the LCIA file of Potential International Arbitrators attached to the North American Users' Council
