Biography

Ms. Kluger, managing partner of Schnader's Delaware office, is co-chair of Schnader's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice includes domestic and international patent and trademark procurement, and intellectual property litigation and licensing. She provides patent procurement services in the electrical, physics, chemical process and computer fields. She has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in many areas including telecommunications and semiconductor technologies. Before attending law school, Ms. Kluger was engaged in research and development in the semiconductor and aeronautics industries. She also taught physics as an adjunct professor at the university level.

Patent Practice

Ms. Kluger's experience includes procurement of patents for inventions pertaining to integrated circuit manufacturing and design, semiconductor device packaging, semiconductor laser devices, energy production systems, optoelectronic devices, medical devices, chemical processes, industrial manufacturing equipment, mail and package processing and handling technologies, software for the financial industry, and stored data protection.

Trademark Practice

Ms. Kluger has represented clients in the registration and protection of trademarks worldwide.

Litigation Practice

Ms. Kluger's litigation experience includes asserting and defending claims of intellectual property infringement, unfair competition and trade secret theft.
