Jodie is a transactional attorney in the area of finance. She is experienced in representing banks, finance companies, public and private investment funds, and other investors in syndicated lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and restructurings.

· Represented lead agent, arranger and lenders in $235 million syndicated credit facilities in favor of a uranium enrichment processor.
· Represented agent and lenders in $400 million syndicated cross-border credit facilities in favor of a multi-national electrical industrial supplier.
· Represented lender in connection with equity buyout and restructuring of senior credit facilities of public broadcasting news program.
· Represented agent and lender in senior credit facilities in favor of non-profit telecommunications company and subsequent restructuring and buyout of indebtedness.
· Represented lead agent and lender in syndicated senior credit facilities in favor of provider of online educational services.
· Represented agent and lender in $225 million senior and second lien syndicated credit facilities in favor of media company with holdings in radio and television.
· Represented agent and lender in senior credit facility in favor of U.S. based broadcast media company.
· Represented lead agent, arranger and lenders in cross-border credit facilities in favor of a global manufacturer and supplier of carbon treatment systems.
· Represented agent and lender in syndicated credit facilities in favor of online retailer of health supplements.
