John Filoreto's practice concentrates on all aspects of the defense of medical malpractice claims. This ranges from all aspects of pretrial discovery, trial and appellate practice. John has defended cases for most every major hospital system in the five county Philadelphia area. In addition, John has tried cases across the Commonwealth - from the far northeast corner, west to Harrisburg and the central and north central part of the state. These cases have ranged from the defense of a single physician to entire hospital systems involving multiple physician and paraprofessional employees as well as complex administrative issues that affect hospitals and hospital systems.
