Professional Experience
John A. Krause has served as lead trial and appellate counsel for many multinational clients. He has over 40 years experience in the field of intellectual property law, following five years experience as an electronics engineer on the design of avionics and satellite systems.
Mr. Krause has focused primarily on patent and trademark litigation in the federal courts and in the ITC. His work has encompassed a wide range of electronic and mechanical technologies, and he has extensive experience in web enforcement and in trademark enforcement and counseling.
