Skip Kirst has been practicing law since 1987 and is admitted to the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Skip is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Skip is a 6th generation Floridian and was raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Lake Highland Preparatory School. He graduated from Furman University in 1983. Skip then attended the University of Florida College of Law. He was a member and Editor of the Law Review and graduated in 1986.
Skip is an "AV"® rated attorney. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, P.A., Skip was an Equity Shareholder at GrayRobinson, P.A. practicing in the Trial and Litigation areas of Business, Construction, Commercial, and Professional Liability Defense. Skip also represented insurers relative to coverage and extra-contractual ("bad faith") matters.
Skip is Admitted to practice in Florida state and Federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
