John B. Bockwoldt concentrates his practice on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors. Currently, he is a member of a team prosecuting In re Schering-Plough Corporation/ENHANCE Securities Litigation. Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Mr. Bockwoldt worked as an attorney in private practice, where he primarily litigated copyright and trademark infringement actions. He received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto, former Magistrate Judge, and currently a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Bockwoldt earned a B.A., cum laude, in Criminal Justice, from the State University of Albany. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York County Lawyers' Association. |
