| Biography | John Chambers divides his time between commercial real estate matters and local government representation. John currently acts as general counsel to the Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio and serves as special counsel to other local governments in the region on selected matters. He is active representing a wide variety of clients in commercial real estate matters with special expertise in zoning and land use matters. He has served as Chairman of the Dayton Bar Association Real Property Committee. John currently serves as Secretary of the Ohio Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP") and as Public Affairs Chairman for the Dayton Chapter of NAIOP. He is a frequent lecturer on zoning and land use issues and on public sector matters. He is listed as one of the "Best Lawyers in America' as well as one of Ohio's "Super Lawyers."
