Jack's practice focuses on handling a broad range of sophisticated commercial transactions involving real estate and business related matters, as well as, the representation of financial institutions and other lenders involved in commercial mortgage loans and asset-based lending. These commercial transactions involve negotiating and preparing diverse and sophisticated real estate, business and lending documents, as well as, the review and examination of title, survey and other due diligence matters. He has represented numerous property developers, borrowers and lenders in connection with their overall activities. Jack also is counsel to title insurers and assists with the closing of multi-state transactions including rendering legal opinions. Outside of real estate, Jack's practice includes commercial transactions involving the representation of buyers and sellers of business entities, whether structured as equity or asset sales.
