Experience
Jack Simons has practiced law at Hoagland Longo since 1988. He joined the partnership in 1995. Jack's practice is devoted exclusively to representing defendants in civil litigation and insurance coverage disputes. He has prepared hundreds of cases for trial and has tried numerous cases to conclusion in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Jack is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He was certified in 1996 and re-certified in 2009. Jack has achieved an "AV" rating from other members of the local profession. This is the highest rating awarded and it identifies a lawyer with "very high to preeminent legal ability" and is a "reflection of his expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence" as published in Martindale Hubbell.
