| Biography | John Yuan is a partner in our Tax Group in Toronto. His practice covers all areas of income taxation with an emphasis on tax disputes and transfer pricing. He is the co-editor of the Focus on Current Cases feature of CCH Tax Topics and a contributor to McCarthy Tétrault on Tax Disputes. Mr. Yuan is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. He received his B.A.Sc. (Mech. Eng.) from the University of Toronto in 1987 and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1993. Mr. Yuan was called to the Ontario bar in 1995.
