John Andrew is a partner with the Corporate/Commercial and Technology & Communications Groups. Prior to joining A&B, John was a partner at another national law firm. Practice John's practice covers a wide range of corporate, commercial and securities law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate finance. He has represented purchasers and vendors in the negotiation and structuring of business acquisitions. He has acted for issuers, investors and investment bankers in private and public issuances, and placements of equity and debt securities. John has led several project teams in successfully completing complex and multi-faceted business transactions. Additionally, John advises emerging businesses in all aspects of their corporate structure, governance, financing, technology licensing and commercialization from start-up phase through to eventual listing on public markets. John also assists public company clients with their ongoing governance, compliance and continuous disclosure requirements.
