John Pennal brings to the firm extensive experience working both as a lawyer and as a senior executive with Canadian businesses operating in Canada and in China.
From 1994 to 2001, he served as the president and CEO of two Canadian public companies whose businesses were located in China. Since 2001 he has continued as the president and CEO of two investment companies which are listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange.
